Register Today!

FreeHOA offers your neighborhood association a free web site customized with your photos along with a user friendly control panel for easy content maintenance.  In addition, FreeHOA will register and host your domain for no charge.  This initiative is possible because of corporate sponsors such as Computer Integrity Inc. and countless local service providers.

The site is completely FREE!  You are not required to purchase any additional services, etc.  The sites are funded through local vendor sponsorships.  We will attempt to secure sponsorships once your site goes live.  In the event we are not able to secure sponsorships within 90 days, you will have the option to pay a minimal monthly fee to retain the site or walk away.

What's the process?  We attempted to make the process as simple as possible.  Please use the following five steps as a guide and call us toll free 800-775-4013 if you have questions!

Step 1:  Complete the registration form.
The registration form provide us the basic information needed for next steps.  When submitting possible domain names, please include multiple choices.  We will check availability and advise you upon initial contact (in step 3).  If you have any questions regarding the form, please contact us.

Step 2:  Send photos.
If you have photos of your association, please send them via email to photos@freehoa.com.  Please include the name of your association as submitted on the registration form.  If you do not have photos readily available and/or would like to use our stock images, disregard this step.

Step 3:  Wait for contact.
A representative from FreeHOA will initiate contact via email or phone typically within 24-48 hours.  We will confirm your domain name and receipt of photos if applicable.  Once confirmed, additional information will be given regarding the estimated time for completion of the site and about local vendor sponsorships, etc.

Step 4:  Wait for completion!
A representative from FreeHOA will contact you upon completion of the site.  Once complete, you are free to enjoy!

Step 5:  Get the word out!
Your site is ready and now it is time to get the word out!  How?  Try  refrigerator magnets!  If you qualify as a beta tester, FreeHOA will custom create and drop ship 100-200 refrigirator magnets at NO CHARGE!  The magnets work wonders to promote the site to your community.  We are in a testing mode and quantities are limited.
