How long does the setup/development process take?
We are focused on delivering a quality service in a timely manner. All requests are viewed and assessed within 24hrs. A representative will typically follow-up via email or phone with 1-2 business days. Additional information will be gathered and an estimate for completion will be given. Depending on the current project load, the entire process usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Are there any additional fees?
No. You are not required to purchase any additional services, etc. The sites are funded through local vendor sponsorships. We will attempt to secure sponsorships once your site goes live. In the event we are not able to secure sponsorships within 90 days, you will have the option to pay a minimal monthly fee to retain the site or walk away.

Who should we contact if we have questions?
Please use our contact us page/link. Contacting us via email is best because it automatically feeds our tracking system. We also provide phone support if needed.

How should we send pictures and in what format, etc.?
Please send images of your association in jpg format.
